Refund policy

CozyStarSuit is operated by Zenith88 LLC.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at cozystarsuit@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
